Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter
Paid Entry Method
Participants receive one entry for every one dollar spent on eligible merchandise or services from [website/store] during the giveaway period.
No Purchase Necessary Method (Free Entry)
To enter without purchase, send an email to redlegactual.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry.” Include your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to own a firearm. Limit one email entry per person. Email entries must be received before the giveaway end date.
Prize
One winner will receive one firearm. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Firearm Transfer
The firearm will be shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer selected by the winner. The winner must pass a background check and meet all legal requirements in their state of residence. If the winner fails the background check or cannot legally receive the firearm, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner is responsible for any FFL transfer fees.
Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random within 7 days after the giveaway ends. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and must respond within [48–72 hours] or an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these rules and release the sponsor from liability. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to pass a background check?
Yes. The transfer will only occur through an FFL dealer and all standard background check procedures apply.
What if I live in a state with firearm restrictions?
You must be legally able to receive the firearm in your state. If the firearm cannot be legally transferred to you, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Can I choose a different firearm or take cash instead?
No. The prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Who pays the transfer fee?
The winner is responsible for any fees charged by their local FFL dealer.
Shipping will be provided by us. Is there really a free way to enter?
Yes. An email entry option is provided in compliance with sweepstakes laws. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
How is the winner chosen?
A random drawing will be conducted after the giveaway period ends.
